Cozy, light-filled cottage completely renovated in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Dennis. A truly perfect get-away for family and friends to unwind and relax. Enjoy the private backyard yard, complete with outdoor shower, firepit, and lawn games. Launch your kayak or paddleboard (not provided) from the neighborhood beach and explore the tranquil Great Cove inlet and the scenic Bass River! The cottage is 1.5 miles to West Dennis Beach, one of the most popular beaches on Cape Cod. Start making memories that last a lifetime.
The cottage consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an outdoor shower, fenced back yard, updated kitchen, living room, and dining room, outdoor deck and a finished basement that will be turned into a play room for rainy day fun ( not that it will rain during your stay!) Game consoles include Sony PS 2&3, Game Cube and Wii. Bring your games! There are a few to play, but a limited selection for all age ranges. The gas fireplace has been inspected and is remote controlled.
All the beds and bedding are brand new, the bedrooms are well lit and comfortable with ample closet space, additional shelving for clothing and storage.
Please note Massachusetts passed a bill to collect taxes (+5.7 state and 4% town) as of July 1, 2019. It appears VRBO includes this tax in their invoice, but if you do not see this line item please budget fot it. Thank you.

Charming house perfect base to explore Cape Cod
We spent four days at Little Cove Cottage. The house is charming and very comfortable, well situated in a quiet environment, equipped with everything you need, squeaky clean, and surprisingly spacious. We really appreciated Kathy's attention to details, both in terms of decor, amenities (we all loved the super soft sheets!), and informations. We would definitely go back!
