Our home is superbly located and is within minutes of many of Denver's amazing activities and points of interest. Some of these destinations include: Bronco Stadium, Buell Theater, Denver Center of Performing Arts, Denver Art Museum, Denver Aquarium, Sloan's Lake, Alamo Theater, Lake Steam Baths, REI, and the Light Rail system. Red Rocks Amphitheater, a favorite concert destination is only a 20 minute drive away. This offers concert goers the opportunity to attend their favorite concerts and also enjoy the many delights that Denver has to offer.
Our fabulous backyard with vegetable and herb gardens and a patio covered by grape vines will be the perfect place for a peaceful afternoon during your summertime visits.
We welcome families! A toy box, games, storybooks, puzzles, high chair and a pak n play are available to accommodate children.
The kitchen is fully set up for chef's to get creative and during the growing season home grown vegetables, herbs and flowers are available.
SloHi is an up and coming urban space with plenty of new businesses. Sloan's Lake offers amazing views of the mountains and of the city skyline. The mountains are easily accessible as you can get to skiing and hot springs within 25 - 45 minute drive.

A great place to stay
Clean,quiet and very comfortable. For us it was close to breweries,restaurants with easy access to downtown Denver.

Spacious Apartment
The unit was spacious and easy to access. We really liked the location. Easy walk to Sloan’s Lake, Perry train Station, and several different businesses on Colfax Ave. We parked on the street and never had a problem finding a place to park right there at the house.
