This two bedroom, two bathroom condo accommodates 8 people and one dog. The free Summit Stage Bus runs 2x per hour, the stop is located right at the front entrance to the condo complex. Access to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge Resort for skiing could not be easier! Tavern West is located just across the street, this restaurant is best known for its quality meats and american fare. A short few block walk or shuttle ride down Main St. will bring you to shopping, dining, and entertainment. There are events all year round! Wassail Days, Turkey Day 5K, 4th of July, weekly free summer concerts, Art Festival, BBQ Weekend, and more!

Hiking with dogs: Rainbow Lake, North Ten Mile, and Mount Royal are less than 1 mile away. The Summit County recreation path is just behind the condo complex. The few miles of paved path nearest to the condo are mostly flat. Bring the whole family for a nice stroll along the creek and the base of Mount Royal.

Cozy Condo
The condo is attractively decorated, comfortable, and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and the fireplace was great. I was thrilled with the location and views of the mountains. It was super convenient to use the Summit Stage and walk down Main St. to shops and restaurants. I cannot thank the property management company enough for their exceptional service. Kristin went out of her way to help me get in safely before a snow storm and another professional young lady took care of my little emergency lost key. The things you should know: you can hear every single foot step from the condo above, the hot tub and sauna are in a common area with the laundry (not secluded or quiet), and the sleep comfort bed seems to not stay fully inflated making for uncomfortable nights.
