But wait, there’s more! Need a quick snack or easy dinner without the hassle of driving there? We’ve got that covered, too... The famous 'North Turn' restaurant is just 20 feet away. All you need to do is walk across the parking lot and you’ve arrived, ready to order lunch, dinner or just enjoy drinks with friends or family either inside this well air-conditioned venue, or on the outside deck, where you can the view, the sun, the breeze and live music in the late afternoon or evening.
The master bedroom includes a king size bed, ceiling fan and 37in SMART (Netflix, Hulu, Prime movies) HDMI TV and DVD player and a huge walk-in closet. Sliding glass doors in both the living room and master bedroom provide a beach-front view and access to the lanai deck where you can watch the sun rise over the ocean. The master bedroom also features a private bathroom and walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom includes two full beds, which allows you to fit up to four people comfortably. It also features a ceiling fan, two beach bicycles available to guests free of charge (no need to bring your own!), an plenty of beach toys, umbrellas and chairs. Just off the guest bedroom is a private bathroom with a tub/shower.
The well-stocked kitchen includes all new appliances (stove, refrigerator/ice maker, washer/dryer, ceiling fan, garbage disposal and dishwasher, along with a Keurig and regular coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, blender (for those Margaritas!), pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
A roomy dining room table seats six, and three can sit at the kitchen counter to chat with the cook while preparing meals. Gaze out at the pristine Atlantic Ocean right from your own living room. Be on the lookout for dolphins playing in the surf! The living room also features a, 48in SMART (Netflix, Hulu, Prime movies) 4k HDMI TV and DVD player.
In the mood for entertaining? You can reserve the recreation room (and its kitchen) for special occasions. And of course, every day you can enjoy the Oceanside heated lap pool that has been newly resurfaced and complemented with brand new lounge and pool chairs.
Although you may not want to leave your unit, the beach or the pool, you can enjoy all of this while knowing that you’re just minutes from Daytona shopping and entertainment.

A Beautiful Cond with a perfect location
We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in and saw that the entire condo had a significant remodel. All new furniture throughout on a coordinated color pallet. Expanded views from the kitchen and improved privacy in the master bath. The location for this condo was always wonderful and enjoyable. The kitchen has now been renovated with all new appliances as well as new everything. The beach is right outside the door, with a great walking beach. Next door is the “North Turn”, so a good meal or entertainment is steps away. My wife and I are looking forward to next year and another beautiful Florida January. Tom

Wow
This condo is beautiful and everything is brand new. Looks like it may have been professionally decorated. The new living room furniture is so comfortable. The full size washer and dryer is a plus. So many extras I have never seen in a rental - sand toys, lawn games, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, cooler, beach tables, air mattress, tennis rackets and balls, lamp heater in baths, martini shaker, wine defuser and more. Love the beach - wide and flat that is perfect for walking and biking. We enjoy walking to dinner and there are at least 7 restaurants within 2 1/2 miles. Obviously, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ponce Inlet Ocean Front Condo
Sandy did a great job updating Condo. New kitchen remodel with all new appliance, new counter top and kitchen set. New living room furniture and master bed room furniture and bedding is great. The Ocean view from the living room is spectacular and there many great restaurants near by. Working with Sandy is always a pleasure , thanks again Sandy.
