Gorgeous two bedroom / two bath oceanfront vacation retreat. Fully renovated in 2017 the condo features a view of the Atlantic Ocean from the moment you walk in, it takes my breath away nearly every time I walk in the door! The condo was completely renovated top to bottom in 2017. The living room has a spacious sectional and a recliner for serious relaxation. But as you indulge in that moment of relax time, the ocean view from the balcony never stops teasing you to go back out on that gorgeous beach for a lovely walk on the sand. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances has everything you need to create gourmet meals for you and your guests or break out the take out from one of the local restaurants in the area. Our favorite is about a minute walk down the beach! The bathrooms were remodeled with European spa style in mind, and the luxurious rain showers are both fabulous. The master bedroom offers you a comfortable platform king bed, dresser, and flat screen television. The guest bedroom has plenty of comfortable sleeping space for kids, family, and friends with a lovely queen platform bed and a twin over twin bunk bed, dresser and a large closet. Southpoint Condominium has a large, heated pool, outdoor shower/beach wash, oceanside patio space with a lovely area for dining and charcoal grilling.
The unit provides free WIFI, cable television, all the basics such as, linens, blankets, and bath towels, a few pantry items, quality cookware, dining service for eight, cooking tools and appliances. You bring your flip flops, clothes, food, and enjoy your beachside vacation in this lovely home.

Spring Break relaxation
Beautiful oceanfront condo just as advertised. We had a great time relaxing by the ocean and playing in the pool. This is a wonderful stretch of the no drive beach! We enjoyed beach walks every morning!

Great beachfront condo. Entire unit is nice and updated. Plentiful parking. Is away from the super touristy part of the beach so is much more laid back.
